A Bit About Me
Hello, my name is Sian and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Coach who focuses on Imposter Syndrome, Negative Thought patterns and low self confidence. I also offer Emotion Coaching to Children and Mindset Coaching to Young Adults. All things that I have suffered with myself.
I have had quite a turbulent life, stemming for severe childhood trauma with both of my parents suffering from mental health conditions, including the sudden suicide of my mother when I was only 16 years old.
The impact this had on my whole being was profound and eventually led me towards a career in coaching. I am also a mother, a wife, a sister and a friend. I believe my lived experiences have allowed me to guide with empathy and provide clients with a space where they feel truly seen.
My purpose is to support individuals on becoming the best versions of themselves.
