At Rise and reframe coaching, your growth and satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of coaching as a time-based, personalised service, all sessions are non refundable once delivered. If you do need to reschedule and session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.

1:1 Coaching sessions 

All booked coaching sessions are non refundable once delivered 

Sessions are charged for in advance and if you can not attend a session and do not give adequate notice then the missed sessions are non refundable. 

 

Workshops and Group Programs

Due to limited space and the preparation involved, workshops and group booking are non refundable. However if you are able to attend, you may request to transfer you place to a future date ( Subject to availability) or receive access to other resources that are available where applicable

Online Courses 

Access to self paced courses are non refundable once login or course materials or content has been accessed. If you encounter issues, please contact us so we can help resolve them.
