Refund & Appointment Policy
At Rise and reframe coaching, your growth and satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of coaching as a time-based, personalised service, all sessions are non refundable once delivered. If you do need to reschedule and session, I kindly ask for at least 3 days notice and I will do my best to accommodate a new time.
​1-to-1 Coaching Sessions
I understand that life can be unpredictable! To help me serve you best:

Please give at least 3 days’ notice if you need to change an appointment.

I’ll do my very best to accommodate changes made less than 3 days in advance, though I can’t always guarantee availability.

Refunds for 1-to-1 sessions are offered at my discretion, as I want to ensure fair access to any coaching time.

Programmes & Group Bookings
My programmes and group sessions involve careful preparation to give you the best experience:

To reserve your place, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due after the programme.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 1 week in advance.

Refunds are limited to 50% of the deposit if cancellations are made within this time frame.
