Service Description

At Rise and Reframe Coaching, I work with lots of organisations including the private sector educational establishments that value the development and wellbeing of their staff and their pupils. Mindset and Confidence Programmes are designed to support all individuals across a team or class, whether they are emerging leaders, employees, and pupils that are navigating self doubt, burnout or low confidence. This can be through a range of 1:1 coaching, group workshops. or a hybrid of both. I am based within West Sussex but can travel to the desired location to run these programmes. Please email me for a detailed list of what I offer based on the need of your organisation. DBS check in place for any programmes that involve under 18's.
