1. Services Provided

​Rise and Reframe Coaching offers personal development services including 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and digital courses. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. You remain responsible for your own mental health, wellbeing, and decisions.

2. Booking & Payments

​All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment confirms your booking and acceptance of these terms.

Prices are listed in [currency] and may be updated at any time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​For 1:1 sessions: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

For workshops or group programs: Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible. You may be offered a place on a future event (subject to availability).

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

4. Refunds

​Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

Online course purchases are non-refundable once accessed.

If you experience technical issues or extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

5. Client Responsibility

​By participating in coaching or training, you agree to take full responsibility for your own progress and actions. Coaching results depend on your commitment, openness, and willingness to engage in the process.

6. Confidentiality

​All coaching sessions are confidential, and your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions may apply where required by law or if there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Intellectual Property

​All materials provided during coaching, workshops, or courses are the intellectual property of Rise and Reframe Coaching and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

​Rise and Reframe Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes—coaching is a collaborative process, and results vary by individual.

9. Changes to Terms

​These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
